Accounting and consolidation methodologist

We're looking for an experienced professional in accounting and consolidation methodology with a strong technical background in accounting and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical, and actionable methodologies. A key part of the role is the ability to quickly understand the essence of our clients’ businesses and incorporate their specific requirements when developing methodologies, ensuring they meet real operational needs. The role also involves working in an international environment, so fluent English communication skills are essential.

Your role

  • Development, enhancement, and management of clients’ accounting and consolidation methodologies (primarily CZ GAAP/IFRS)
  • Coordination of complex accounting projects across international jurisdictions in collaboration with overseas partners
  • Collaboration with the integration team on embedding acquired companies into group reporting tools
  • Managing sophisticated accounting cases and atypical transactions
  • Supporting the optimisation of processes and improvement of financial data quality
